Charitable Solicitation Registration
For those in TN, please check to make sure you are registered, https://sos.tn.gov/charities/pages/how-to-use-the-charity-business-filing-system.
All others, check here to see if your state has adopted the Charitable Solicitations Act and requires this registration. This is NOT in all states but in most.
