🌿 A Note From My Future Self (For When You Drift)
Hey Impact Leader! I want to share something I created for myself as I grow into the woman I’m becoming in 2026. And I thought… why not share it with you too? Oh yeah, I was asked to do this by one of my Coaches.😉 Because every one of us has a future version calling us to rise a little higher, move a little smarter, and honor ourselves a little deeper. Here’s the reminder my future self whispered back to me, and maybe it’s speaking to you too: ⭐ Who You’re Becoming You’re stepping into a season where peace is power. Your gifts feel sharper. Your voice feels stronger. Your purpose feels clearer. You’re no longer carrying everything. You’re no longer explaining yourself. You’re no longer shrinking your brilliance to fit into small rooms. You’re moving like the leader you were always meant to be. ⭐ What You’re Leaving Behind You’re releasing: - Overcommitment - Chaos disguised as opportunity - Burnout disguised as “being needed” - Clients, circles, and causes that drain you - The habit of putting yourself last You’re making space for the version of you who leads with clarity instead of exhaustion. ⭐ What You’re Leaning Into This next level of you is choosing: - Environments that restore your spirit (yes, even if that means a quiet weekend with a book) - Rooms that match your intellect and ambition - Conversations that expand you - Work that feels aligned, not forced - Systems that make your life easier, not heavier You’re choosing nourishment over noise. Alignment over approval. Purpose over pressure. ⭐ When You Drifting a Little… Ask yourself: 1. Is this mine to carry? 2. Does this align with who I’m becoming? 3. Does this expand me or drain me? 4. Would my future self want this version of me to say yes? Re-center. Re-adjust.Reclaim your peace. 🌟 2026 Mantra “I expand with ease. I lead with intention. I honor my peace first.” If this spoke to you, drop a 💚 in the comments, but ALSO a little extra would be appreciated... Tell me: What is your future self calling you into for 2026?

Ask For the Money!
Ok, so I know you are probably out there getting ready to "chow down" with friends and family today. Maybe a few of you are "untraditional" like me, and you are planning to NOT plan...just doing whatever comes to mind. As usual, I must go into storytelling mode. I recently enrolled in another Skool community called Moms Who Podcast. Well, this sent me to take another look at my own podcast, which I started before or around the time of the COVID pandemic. So, what do you know, this morning I ran across an interview I did with a past associate of mine, Pastor Tray. The episode is quite timely for our upcoming mini-challenge! While the podcast is on YouTube, I would like to share the Spotify audible version with you. If you haven't already, join our 1st Nonprofit Fundraising Challenge. Happy Holidays!

Charitable Solicitations Act - Registration Required
Let's make sure your nonprofit is legally compliant as it relates to soliciting. A Charitable Solicitations Act is a state law that requires charities to register with the state before they can solicit donations from the public. These laws aim to ensure transparency and accountability in fundraising by regulating how organizations collect funds and protect the public from fraud. While the specifics vary by state, these acts often require registration, periodic financial reporting, and may impose additional requirements for professional fundraisers or charitable sales promotions. States that do NOT require Charitable Solicitations Registration: - Delaware - Idaho - Indiana - Iowa - Montana - Nebraska - South Dakota - Vermont - Wyoming  Click here to find the department that you must register for, or the PDF is available for download. This is the resource provided by the IRS website.
Canva Pro FREEEEEEEE!!!
One of the fun things to do…ok I love it, but you can gather a volunteer(s) to help design your social media posts. Older youth up to 21 or so are great with this. Especially, leading up to GivingTuesday. Add a little ChatGPT and you have your content. Remember, you can batch produce and have 30 days worth of post in no time. My point is, use your FREE Canva Pro account. No more excuses. https://www.canva.com/canva-for-nonprofits/ Well, that leads to another video coming soon!
