Talk It Out Tuesday is happening in 8 hours
All different businesses on yesterday's call. Same exact lesson.
Yesterday's coworking call went somewhere I didn't expect, and I have to share it. Three completely different businesses. One lesson that hit all of them. The magic of AI isn't the prompt. It's the context. I watch people save "perfect prompts" they're never gonna use, and I get it... but no prompt is going to save you if the AI doesn't actually understand your business. Bad context in, bad output out. Every single time. So here's what actually moves the needle ๐Ÿ‘‡ Stop writing the perfect step-by-step. Tell it the end result you want. AI is smart enough to fill in the blanks. What it can't do is read your mind about where you're going. Give it the destination, not the turn-by-turn directions. Then look at your week. What are you doing over and over that's quietly eating your time? For me it's checking email across three businesses every morning and turning my saved Instagram posts into content drafts. I don't do that anymore. Claude Cowork does it while I drink my coffee. One more thing came up that I want you to sit with... You are not as behind as your algorithm makes you feel. I have days where I'm convinced everyone already knows what I teach and I'm wasting my time. Then I talk to actual humans and they go "wait, it can do WHAT?" Most people are still chatting with ChatGPT like it's Google. The basics you already have? They're a superpower to most of the world. The FOMO is a marketing strategy. If they can make you feel behind, they can sell you the cure. You're not behind. You just need your foundation set up so AI actually knows your business. ๐Ÿ’ฌ Tell me in the comments: what's the ONE repetitive task you'd hand off first?

Today's Call - Let's just chat all things business and AI
I would love for y'all to come to today's call and just let me know where you are with your business and using AI. My entire reason for these calls is to move you closer to your vision of success. What is that for you and how can I help you get there? See you in an hour
Why I stopped using Claude.com (and what I use instead)
Okay so today's weekly AI workflow was the full Cowork tour... the one a few of you have been asking me for. You know I don't chase shiny objects. I'm not the one waving the next hot tool in your face. So when I say Cowork is the highest leverage move I've made with AI this year, that's me after sitting on it for months before saying a word. It really comes down to one comparison โ†ด Think about how we've all been using AI: ๐Ÿ”ธ First it was "get AI to know you." ๐Ÿ”ธ Then we got projects, so AI knew your business... as long as YOU kept the context file updated. Every project. Every time something changed. (A whole job in itself, right?) ๐Ÿ”นCowork is the next step. The context updates itself! Instead of static context you have to maintain in six places, Cowork runs on one living file system for your whole business. Your offers, your pricing, your voice, your decisions, your clients... all in one place it reads every single time. And after every conversation, it stays current on its own. You don't touch a thing. I tested this myself before I trusted it. I'd tell it to save something to memory, open a brand new task, ask about the thing I knew had changed... and it was already there. Current. Immediately. That's the piece nothing else is doing. Projects hold context you have to keep updating. Cowork holds memory that updates itself. A few things I showed you it does once that memory is in place: โœฆ Builds real files and saves them to YOUR computer (markdown, so you can open them in Notes, Word, Google Docs, anywhere) โœฆ Sends me a morning brief before I ask... calendar, money in, my one money move, what's in my inbox โœฆ Went into my Flodesk and cleaned up every messy segment, mapped them all to the right offers โœฆ Backed up all 12 of my sales pages overnight while I slept โœฆ Pushes back when I'm overthinking, because I told it to and it knows my goals And because it all lives in YOUR files on YOUR computer (sync them to Google Drive), everything you build is yours to keep. No matter what happens to any AI, ever.

Content doesn't have to feel like showing up naked ๐Ÿซฃ (this week's call recap)
This week's AI Workflow call was all about the thing most of us avoid: content. Not because we don't have ideasโ€ฆ but because it feels heavy. Like we think we have to share everything, have a whole strategy, and post 7x a day or it doesn't count. Nope. Here's what we broke down: ๐Ÿ”ธ Something beats nothing. I didn't go from zero to six posts a week. I committed to 3, held it for a few weeks, then went to 5, then 6. Pick a baseline you can actually keep. One solid post a week is a real winโ€ฆ start there. ๐Ÿ”ธ Your content needs a job. Stop making content just to make content. Every piece should have a purpose: get a follow, spark a comment, grow your list, sell your offers. If it has no job, don't make it. ๐Ÿ”ธ Content pillars = buckets. Your themes are just the things you love talking about, grouped. Make them an action, not a noun. "Bread" isn't a pillar. "Making bread easy" is. The more specific to YOU, the more you stand out. ๐Ÿ”ธTalk to the RIGHT person. I spent way too long talking to the wrong avatarโ€ฆ trying to be relatable to everyone. The second I got specific about who I actually wanted in my world, the content started landing. Be clear who you're talking to and what they're sick of hearing. Market Maven is your friend for figuring out what your people are actually frustrated about. ๐Ÿ”ธ Use AI even if you don't want it writing for you. Let it spark ideas, sort your drafts into pillars, or analyze why someone else's post blew up. (You can literally point Claude in your browser at a post and ask "why did this work?") ๐Ÿ”ธ Consistency > perfection, but quality > volume. Pick a font. Pick your colors. Keep it recognizable so people know it's you before they see your name. And one great post will always beat five forgettable ones. ๐Ÿ”ธPressure-test your funnel. You can't find the leaks with a few drops of rain. You need volume of eyeballs to see what's actually working and what's broken. Content is the first lever that brings those eyes in.
