🍂 October and finishing this year strong!
Okay, real quick, because September was quiet in here and that's on me 😅 I was buried in client work. Beautiful problem to have, still not an excuse. This community is still my top priority, so from now on, whatever I'm building for clients, I'm sharing in here too. Sometimes that'll be a live training that's out of order. Mid-Year Reset with AI Challenge - Final Call (Sales and Delivery week!)
Here's the mission for the rest of July. This week is sales AND delivery. Most people only think about the first half. 🔹Sales = what happens when someone lands on your sales page. 🔹Delivery = what happens after they pay. That second one is where a lot of us go quiet. Instant delivery. But what about an experience that feels good enough that they'd buy from you again... or at least tell someone about you? It's worth thinking all the way through. The week in the app: Mon 7/27 ▸ Audit your sales path. Find where you're leaking money. (Often it's right after checkout, when nothing else gets offered. Simple upsells are where a lot of hidden money lives.) Tue 7/28 ▸ Sharpen your sales copy. Lead with the transformation, not the thing. Wed 7/29 ▸ Map your funnel, aka your customer journey. Cold all the way to hot. You're only mapping. Don't build anything yet. Thu 7/30 ▸ Walk that funnel as your own customer. AI roleplays it, tells you where it falls apart, and rates the journey out of 10. Fri 7/31 ▸ 🏁 FINALE. Compare where you are today to your Day 1 benchmark. Two things that make this week work: 1. Your voice. If your content sounds like you and your sales page sounds like a template, people feel it. They can't always name why... they just know something's off. Everything you built lives in your one Business Reset project, so your voice doc is right there. Market Maven and Voice Builder are in the Business Brain Builder if either one needs sharpening. 2. One fix a day. The biggest one. Not the whole page. Not the whole funnel. The single highest-leverage thing, done, move on. You can always go deeper in August. And please... resist the tangent. (Saying that as someone who recently went off on one prompt and decided to scrap her entire offer suite. So I know. 😅) If you go off-road you won't finish, and finishing is the part that pays off.
