🌴 Mid-Year Reset with AI Challenge Kickoff Call
If you made the call, you already know what we're doing. If you missed it, no stress... the replay is up and here's exactly what to do to get started. This challenge is about finishing the year strong. We're going through your whole business top to bottom... foundations, offers, content, sales... and using AI every single day to clean up the stuff that's been falling through the cracks. Week one is foundations, because that's how we roll. We build the base first so every prompt after this actually knows your business and you. Do this now (takes 10 min): 1. Open the app link in the classroom → enter your name + email 2. Create a fresh project in whatever AI you're using... ChatGPT, Claude, or Co-work. Name it something like "My Business Reset." Starting clean beats dragging in a crusty old project, right? 3. Click today's date in the app → copy the prompt → paste it into your project 4. Answer it out loud using voice-to-text (grab Wispr Flow, it's free and it's a game changer). Talk from the heart about your vision for the year... don't type it, feel it 5. Hit "mark today done" ✅ A couple things to remember: 📌 No skipping ahead. One prompt drops each day. I'll post the prompt + a little nudge every morning so you don't forget to check in. 📌 On Claude? Use Sonnet 5 on medium. Opus is powerful but eats your usage fast... save it for the heavy days. 📌 You have until August 1st to finish all your days. Miss one? Totally fine, catch up when you can. And please... if something comes up during a prompt that hits you, post it here. If you get stuck, post that too. This is way more fun when we're in it together. Live calls are Mondays. See you all day in the app 💛

@Monika H Is there a way to change an answer? Is there a need to change an answer? In the Business Brain Offers exercise I answered the 'revenue stage' question on behalf of my prospects, not on behalf of my business.

@Monika H okay, hopefully this is my last question (for today). Should I assume your app will help me work on my vague and weak spots as I go through the daily tasks or should I *not* assume that and start working on the vague and weak aspects parallel to the app system?
Heard a little thing on a podcast this week that's already changed how I prompt.
It's called BLUF. Stands for Bottom Line Up Front. Apparently it's a military thing... you lead with the answer, then explain underneath. No long wind-up. I tried it on Claude yesterday and honestly... why have I not been doing this the whole time? You know how you ask AI a question and it gives you three paragraphs before it actually answers you? And you're sitting there scrolling like "ok but what do I DO." 🙃 BLUF kills that. You just add one line to your prompt and it gives you the call first, the reasoning after. Here's the exact line I've been using: "Answer BLUF. Give me the recommendation in the first line, then the reasoning underneath." That's it. Paste it onto the end of any prompt where you want a decision, not an essay. Pricing questions, "should I do X or Y," picking a subject line... it's so good for anything where you just want the answer. Try it today and let me know if you felt the same way I did (why the hell haven't I been doing this all along!?). 👇

For some reason, I'm skeptical. But...I'll give it a try and share my observations.
It's time to lock in.
I know you're overwhelmed right now. There are a million things on your to-do list, a million things you feel like you should be doing, could be doing, would be doing if you just had more time or more clarity or more... something. And you don't even know what's most important anymore. So you just try your best every day and hope something sticks. I want you to know... that's completely normal. Staying focused when there's this much noise is one of the hardest things about running a business right now. But I also want to be honest with you. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆. Every new update, every "you should be learning this," every free tool someone is dangling in front of you... it's pulling your attention away from the thing that actually moves your business forward. And I need you to see it for what it is. They're dangling that shiny thing in front of you to get you to buy their thing. And you know what? They're doing a really good job at the thing you're not doing consistently yet: 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴. Here's what I want you to sit with for a second 👇 When you make money-making activities your actual priority, you start making money. When you're making money, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 you can set aside time to learn. Not the other way around. I'm not saying staying on top of your field doesn't matter. It does. But what matters more is having the money to invest in the things worth learning. Instead of being the person who spends all their time gathering free sh*t that costs them the one thing they can't get back: time. Time you could be spending building something someone is happy to pay for. When they pay you, now you have the money to invest in someone who can actually help you move forward with grounded momentum. Not "this is the hot new thing" urgency. Real, boring, get-things-done-and-cross-them-off-the-list momentum. That's when the magic happens. Not when you learn more. When you finish more. Things come off your to-do list. You stop feeling scattered. You actually move your business in the direction you've been wanting to go this entire frickin time.

@Monika H Good reminder. I've never been good at "selling" or making money as a freelancer but it's now or never for me. I think the rule of thumb is the more offers you make, the more money you'll make. I have yet to see an AI tool or workflow help make more offers. Have you?

And yes, I'm overwhelmed. I just moved to California and my cost of living exploded overnight. :-P
Content Lab REPLAY: Go Build Your Content System (Seriously... GO!)
I just spent 2 hours building out a content workflow that will save you HOURS every single week. If you missed the live call or you're putting off watching the replay... STOP. This is the system that takes you from "I don't know what to post" or "content takes too long" to "I have a month of content scheduled" in about an hour. ───────────────────── 🎯 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿: 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: Idea capture system (so you never lose a content idea again) 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: Content Creator Project in Claude/ChatGPT (writes everything FOR you in YOUR voice) 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: Posting cadence framework (so you're not overwhelmed) 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰: Content batching sheet (Google Sheets that you can copy + paste directly into Canva) 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟱: Canva bulk create (generates 20-30 posts in under 10 minutes) ───────────────────── ⏱️ 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀: 2 hours 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿: 1 hour to batch a full week or month of content Think about that. One focused hour per week = consistent content that actually sounds like you. No more Sunday panic. No more "I should post something but I have no ideas." You have a system now. ───────────────────── 🔥 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗼 𝗗𝗼 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗢𝗪: The longer you wait, the longer you're stuck in the content hamster wheel. Every week you don't build this system = another week of: - Staring at blank screens - Writing the same post 15 different times - Posting inconsistently (or not at all) - Feeling guilty about not showing up This system fixes all of that. And yeah, there's a learning curve. I hit some glitches during the live call. Canva didn't cooperate a few times. Claude had a moment. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁. You're watching me troubleshoot in real-time so you know what to do when tech acts weird... cuz it will! You're seeing the messy parts so you don't think something's wrong when it happens to you. ───────────────────── 💪 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗼 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱: ✅ Your Brand Voice Blueprint (or Master Prompt) ✅ Claude or ChatGPT account ✅ Google Sheets

@Monika H May I assume the content being created by your system does NOT work for text based content, such as micro-blog (e.g., Twitter, Threads, Bluesky) or for longer form text (e.g., LinkedIn)? When I see Canva bulk create, my mind goes to short form video and image posts. Lemme know.
The Great ChatGPT ➡️ Claude Migration
Okay so... there's a mass exodus happening right now from ChatGPT to Claude. Some of it is political. Some of it is just because... Claude is better for business. I honestly had no idea any of this was happening/coming when I wrote the Creating with Claude Challenge, I had been using Claude more and more and wanted to share with you, like I always do, when I find something I like better or has more functionality that can help your biz. I'm not personally ditching ChatGPT (I still build custom GPTs for this community and for my clients), but I get that a lot of you want out and you need a real alternative without losing all the work you've done training ChatGPT. So I recorded this video below ⤵️: - How to use Claude's new memory import feature - Quick tour of Claude - Why it's worth learning 🚨WATCH BEFORE IMPORTING YOUR MEMORY🚨 How to Import Your ChatGPT Memory Step 1: Claude → Settings → Capabilities → Memory (toggle ON) Step 2: Click "Start Import" — Claude gives you a prompt to copy Step 3: Paste that prompt in ChatGPT — it compiles everything into a code file Step 4: Copy that file, paste it back in Claude → "Add to Memory" Done. Claude now knows what ChatGPT knew. But Here's What I'd Actually Do ↴ Don't just copy-paste your ChatGPT custom instructions. Download your full ChatGPT memory for your records. Then run THIS PROMPT to get your most valuable data from ChatGPT, use it to fill in your Business Brain and use your Business Brain to give Claude the context it needs to really be good! If you've done my Train ChatGPT to be Your Biz Bestie class, you know that Claude's personalization settings allow you more characters which makes it way more powerful — full brand voice, CTAs, decision frameworks, all of it.

My first ChatGPT ad - inside a custom GPT I was using.

@Monika H Yeah. I unsubscribed due to political reasons but the ads make it a no regret decision. Not being able to create a custom GPT if I were to leave was originally my biggest concern, but I'm experimenting with NotebookLM and it's looking like a viable replacement for custom GPTs.
