🌴 Mid-Year Reset with AI Challenge Kickoff Call
If you made the call, you already know what we're doing. If you missed it, no stress... the replay is up and here's exactly what to do to get started. This challenge is about finishing the year strong. We're going through your whole business top to bottom... foundations, offers, content, sales... and using AI every single day to clean up the stuff that's been falling through the cracks. Week one is foundations, because that's how we roll. We build the base first so every prompt after this actually knows your business and you. Do this now (takes 10 min): 1. Open the app link in the classroom → enter your name + email 2. Create a fresh project in whatever AI you're using... ChatGPT, Claude, or Co-work. Name it something like "My Business Reset." Starting clean beats dragging in a crusty old project, right? 3. Click today's date in the app → copy the prompt → paste it into your project 4. Answer it out loud using voice-to-text (grab Wispr Flow, it's free and it's a game changer). Talk from the heart about your vision for the year... don't type it, feel it 5. Hit "mark today done" ✅ A couple things to remember: 📌 No skipping ahead. One prompt drops each day. I'll post the prompt + a little nudge every morning so you don't forget to check in. 📌 On Claude? Use Sonnet 5 on medium. Opus is powerful but eats your usage fast... save it for the heavy days. 📌 You have until August 1st to finish all your days. Miss one? Totally fine, catch up when you can. And please... if something comes up during a prompt that hits you, post it here. If you get stuck, post that too. This is way more fun when we're in it together. Live calls are Mondays. See you all day in the app 💛

@Monika H I'm loving this challenge - I've achieved more in 2 days than I have in the last 2 months of "thinking about it!"
Mid-year reset I want to do with you, starting Monday
Can y'all believe we're officially halfway through the year?? I can't believe how fast it went. And how easy it is to get to July still carrying your whole business around in your head instead of having it actually built. The offer you keep meaning to finish. The lead magnet sitting there doing nothing. The content you start and stop. I know that loop because I've lived in it too. So I want to do something about it with you. Starting Monday, we're going to kickoff a Mid-Year Reset with AI. All month. One small thing a day, and by the end of July you've walked through every part of your business and actually put AI to work in it. Foundation ⇢ Leads ⇢ Content ⇢ Sales Every Monday we'll get on the call and build that week's piece together. And here's the fun part... I built us a little tropical tracker app. Each day unlocks a new task, you check it off, you watch your whole month fill in. Finish all of it and you're in the draw for 3 months of Claude Pro or a $60 gift card, on me. One winner, drawn August 1. Nothing to buy. It's already yours. You just have to show up and do the one thing each day. Drop a 🙌 in the comments if you're doing this with me, so I know who's in. We start Monday. I'd love for you to be there.

Love it!
Why I stopped using Claude.com (and what I use instead)
Okay so today's weekly AI workflow was the full Cowork tour... the one a few of you have been asking me for. You know I don't chase shiny objects. I'm not the one waving the next hot tool in your face. So when I say Cowork is the highest leverage move I've made with AI this year, that's me after sitting on it for months before saying a word. It really comes down to one comparison ↴ Think about how we've all been using AI: 🔸 First it was "get AI to know you." 🔸 Then we got projects, so AI knew your business... as long as YOU kept the context file updated. Every project. Every time something changed. (A whole job in itself, right?) 🔹Cowork is the next step. The context updates itself! Instead of static context you have to maintain in six places, Cowork runs on one living file system for your whole business. Your offers, your pricing, your voice, your decisions, your clients... all in one place it reads every single time. And after every conversation, it stays current on its own. You don't touch a thing. I tested this myself before I trusted it. I'd tell it to save something to memory, open a brand new task, ask about the thing I knew had changed... and it was already there. Current. Immediately. That's the piece nothing else is doing. Projects hold context you have to keep updating. Cowork holds memory that updates itself. A few things I showed you it does once that memory is in place: ✦ Builds real files and saves them to YOUR computer (markdown, so you can open them in Notes, Word, Google Docs, anywhere) ✦ Sends me a morning brief before I ask... calendar, money in, my one money move, what's in my inbox ✦ Went into my Flodesk and cleaned up every messy segment, mapped them all to the right offers ✦ Backed up all 12 of my sales pages overnight while I slept ✦ Pushes back when I'm overthinking, because I told it to and it knows my goals And because it all lives in YOUR files on YOUR computer (sync them to Google Drive), everything you build is yours to keep. No matter what happens to any AI, ever.

Sorry to miss this one - but look forward to watching the replay. It looks brilliant!
Content doesn't have to feel like showing up naked 🫣 (this week's call recap)
This week's AI Workflow call was all about the thing most of us avoid: content. Not because we don't have ideas… but because it feels heavy. Like we think we have to share everything, have a whole strategy, and post 7x a day or it doesn't count. Nope. Here's what we broke down: 🔸 Something beats nothing. I didn't go from zero to six posts a week. I committed to 3, held it for a few weeks, then went to 5, then 6. Pick a baseline you can actually keep. One solid post a week is a real win… start there. 🔸 Your content needs a job. Stop making content just to make content. Every piece should have a purpose: get a follow, spark a comment, grow your list, sell your offers. If it has no job, don't make it. 🔸 Content pillars = buckets. Your themes are just the things you love talking about, grouped. Make them an action, not a noun. "Bread" isn't a pillar. "Making bread easy" is. The more specific to YOU, the more you stand out. 🔸Talk to the RIGHT person. I spent way too long talking to the wrong avatar… trying to be relatable to everyone. The second I got specific about who I actually wanted in my world, the content started landing. Be clear who you're talking to and what they're sick of hearing. Market Maven is your friend for figuring out what your people are actually frustrated about. 🔸 Use AI even if you don't want it writing for you. Let it spark ideas, sort your drafts into pillars, or analyze why someone else's post blew up. (You can literally point Claude in your browser at a post and ask "why did this work?") 🔸 Consistency > perfection, but quality > volume. Pick a font. Pick your colors. Keep it recognizable so people know it's you before they see your name. And one great post will always beat five forgettable ones. 🔸Pressure-test your funnel. You can't find the leaks with a few drops of rain. You need volume of eyeballs to see what's actually working and what's broken. Content is the first lever that brings those eyes in.

Looking forward to diving into this over the weekend!
I've been cooking something up behind the scenes... and you get first dibs. 🫶
You've heard me talk about Claude Cowork. You've maybe seen me mention it and thought "okay but what does that actually mean for MY business?" I know AI is moving fast, but when I tell you that Claude Cowork is the game-changer and it's not going anywhere... I need you to hear me on that. I've been building this behind the scenes for weeks, and it's called the Living Business Brain Workshop. Grab your exclusive discount code below ↴ We're going to sit together for three hours, LIVE, and by the time we're done, your entire Claude Cowork backend is built. Your file system. Your folders. A custom dashboard based on YOUR business, YOUR brand, YOUR preferences. One central location for everything. No more "where did I put that?" No more wondering if your info is current. No more having your business scattered across 47 tabs and a prayer. Your business operating system lives inside Claude now, and I promise you... your nervous system is going to feel the difference. There's something about knowing that no matter what happens, your business is documented and organized in one place. That peace of mind? You can't put a price on it. And the reason it's three hours is because I'm not here to teach you theory and send you off to figure it out alone. By the end of the workshop, your dashboard is DONE. Built. Finished. And we'll have time for Q&A so nobody leaves confused. I created its own Skool community for it, and I want to give YOU the best possible price because you're my people. You're the OGs... right? You're getting $100 off (basically 50% off). AND you get 50% affiliate commissions when you join. Use code SKOOL100 on the checkout page Refer ONE person and you've made your money back. One-time payment, not recurring. You're in. ☕ I cannot wait to have y'all in there with me! You're going to see add-on skill packs in there, don't buy them! You get them in here for FREE and that's not changing!
