🚨 The System is Reactivated (Drop your baseline below)
I’ll be honest with you all—I temporarily hit Ghost Mode. The response to this community was absolutely incredible, but as a human running on ADHD hardware, the sheer volume of people wanting to join completely overwhelmed my system. I had to step back, practice what I teach, and let the battery recharge. But I've caught my second wind, the lights are back on, and the reboot is officially complete. While I was offline, I took a hard look at how to make this space actually work for your brain. Moving forward, we are strictly focused on building real, functioning systems to bypass the ADHD tax. But here is the truth: I cannot do this alone. I can only build this with your help, your feedback, and your interaction. To make sure I’m designing exactly what you need this week, I need a quick baseline. Where is your operating system glitching the most right now? Drop your letter below so I know exactly what we are tackling first! 👇

☀️ Morning vs. ☕ Afternoon: When do we need Body Doubling most?
We’re locking in the schedule for our live body doubling co-working sessions to help bypass task initiation paralysis and keep momentum going. To make sure these sessions actually support your focus when you need it most, which time block would help your brain the most? 🅰️ Morning Session (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM): Beat the morning buffering glitch, kickstart the priority tasks, and get the engine running early. 🅱️ Afternoon Session (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM): Break through the post-lunch slump, power through NPC-mode admin work, and prevent the afternoon brain fog stall. Drop an A or B in the comments below along with your time zone so we can lock in the calendar! 👇
A little piece of my story, my land, and a bridge to self-discovery 🎭⛰️
Hi everyone! I hope I’m not intruding, but I felt this work I’ve just finished could be of great use to you. I’m not here to ask for anything, and there’s no obligation at all; I simply wanted to share something born from my roots and my clinical practice as a pediatrician and a neurodivergent person. My goal is to approach the reality of Autism, ADHD, and AuDHD in a gentler way, though it’s also for anyone without a diagnosis who sometimes struggles to quiet the external noise. 🧠✨ "Kusi in the Carnival of the Mind" is my second illustrated ebook. I chose the Carnival setting because, to me, neurodivergence feels exactly like that: a burst of stimuli, colors, and rhythms that can sometimes overwhelm us but also define who we are. In this story, you will meet: - Kusi: The child who represents our sensitivity. - Pachamama: Mother Earth, as that embrace and calm we need to return to our bodies. - Pujllay: The spirit that symbolizes our impulses and energy. I’m sharing this for free because I believe support should reach those who need it most, whether it's to share with loved ones or for your own journey of self-discovery. I’ll be sharing this in similar communities because I truly want Kusi to provide answers or relief to neurodivergent individuals and their families. 🌈❤️ I hope it touches your heart and that you enjoy this story as much as I enjoyed writing it. Thank you so much for your time! ⭐Download for free ⭐ Note on the setting: Jujuy’s Carnival is a popular celebration in northern Argentina (Quebrada de Humahuaca). It’s a community-based festival with deep Andean roots, a part of my country that is sometimes overlooked despite its immense beauty. I’m taking you on a little trip there too! 🇦🇷🌵

Sunday Recommendations: Movies and books 📚🍿
Hi everyone! I hope you're having a peaceful Sunday. It’s still rainy here, so it’s the perfect weather to stay in with a good story. I’m passionate about how art and science cross paths to help us better understand our minds. Today I wanted to suggest that we share those movies or books that made you feel identified or gave you a new perspective on ADHD, Autism, or neurodiversity in general. Here are two of my favorites: - A book: The Reason I Jump by Naoki Higashida. It’s amazing for understanding sensory perception from the inside. - A movie: Temple Grandin. It always inspires me to see how a different way of thinking can change the world. What about you? What have you been reading or watching lately that moved you?
