A little piece of my story, my land, and a bridge to self-discovery 🎭⛰️
Hi everyone! I hope I’m not intruding, but I felt this work I’ve just finished could be of great use to you. I’m not here to ask for anything, and there’s no obligation at all; I simply wanted to share something born from my roots and my clinical practice as a pediatrician and a neurodivergent person. My goal is to approach the reality of Autism, ADHD, and AuDHD in a gentler way, though it’s also for anyone without a diagnosis who sometimes struggles to quiet the external noise. 🧠✨ "Kusi in the Carnival of the Mind" is my second illustrated ebook. I chose the Carnival setting because, to me, neurodivergence feels exactly like that: a burst of stimuli, colors, and rhythms that can sometimes overwhelm us but also define who we are. In this story, you will meet: - Kusi: The child who represents our sensitivity. - Pachamama: Mother Earth, as that embrace and calm we need to return to our bodies. - Pujllay: The spirit that symbolizes our impulses and energy. I’m sharing this for free because I believe support should reach those who need it most, whether it's to share with loved ones or for your own journey of self-discovery. I’ll be sharing this in similar communities because I truly want Kusi to provide answers or relief to neurodivergent individuals and their families. 🌈❤️ I hope it touches your heart and that you enjoy this story as much as I enjoyed writing it. Thank you so much for your time! ⭐Download for free ⭐ Note on the setting: Jujuy’s Carnival is a popular celebration in northern Argentina (Quebrada de Humahuaca). It’s a community-based festival with deep Andean roots, a part of my country that is sometimes overlooked despite its immense beauty. I’m taking you on a little trip there too! 🇦🇷🌵

Sunday Recommendations: Movies and books 📚🍿
Hi everyone! I hope you're having a peaceful Sunday. It’s still rainy here, so it’s the perfect weather to stay in with a good story. I’m passionate about how art and science cross paths to help us better understand our minds. Today I wanted to suggest that we share those movies or books that made you feel identified or gave you a new perspective on ADHD, Autism, or neurodiversity in general. Here are two of my favorites: - A book: The Reason I Jump by Naoki Higashida. It’s amazing for understanding sensory perception from the inside. - A movie: Temple Grandin. It always inspires me to see how a different way of thinking can change the world. What about you? What have you been reading or watching lately that moved you?

Organizing your life while being a care giver, training a dog, and trying to make time for self
Suggestions on how to organize your day from people with adhd or similar symptoms? Im caring for my mom, my dog, cooking, and trying to make time for me. How do you guys get organized and make it work?

Erin, first of all, take a deep breath. You are carrying a lot on your shoulders! 🫂 When you are a caregiver with ADHD symptoms, the biggest trap is trying to organize your day like a 'neurotypical' person (with rigid schedules). Here are a few things that actually work for our brains in high-pressure situations: - 'Low-Demand' Days: Don't plan for your best energy; plan for your average energy. If you manage to do the essentials for your mom and the dog, that’s a win. - The 5-Minute Window: Self-care doesn't have to be an hour at the gym. Sometimes it’s just 5 minutes of silence with noise-canceling headphones after a task. - Visual Externalization: If it’s not in your visual field, it doesn't exist. Use whiteboards or digital alarms for the non-negotiables (meds, feeding), and let the rest be flexible. - Body Doubling: If you have to cook or clean, try doing it while on a call or listening to a podcast, it helps the brain stay on track without feeling the 'weight' of the chore. Be kind to yourself. You can't pour from an empty cup! ❤️✨
🧹 I’m decluttering the Community (New Tabs + New Plan)
Let’s be real: The "ADHD Operating System" was starting to look less like a helpful guide and more like a giant wall of homework. And since we’re all here because our brains shut down when things get cluttered... I decided to fix it. I’m unpinning all the old "admin" posts. Gone. 👋 Updates you need to know: 1. The Tabs have changed 📑 I reorganized the tabs so you aren't clicking around blindly. Here is where everything lives now: - Living Room: The main hangout. Introduce yourself, ask general questions, or just vibe with the crew. - The Brag Board: Did you do the thing? Tell us here. Big wins or small wins (even if you just washed one dish)—we celebrate it. - 🐿️Squirrel Moments: Random thoughts, memes, tangents, or brilliant ideas that don't fit anywhere else. - Body Doubling: Need a work buddy? Come here to find someone to co-work with so you actually get stuff done. - Loot Crate: The toolbox. This is where I'll drop resources, templates, and the "precious info." 2. The Course is now 4 Levels (Not a giant library) 🗺️ 🚧(COMING SOON)🚧 I’m taking the massive course and breaking it down into 4 clear levels. This way, you don't have to eat the whole elephant at once. Here is your new roadmap: Level 1: The Reset 🧘 The "I feel scattered" stage. We stop the bleeding. We fix the "Intern vs. CEO" mindset and figure out your 4 Energy Modes (Dragon, Human, NPC, Ghost) so you stop fighting your own brain. Level 2: The Autopilot 🤖 The "My house is a mess" stage. We set up the "Chaos Inbox" and build simple rhythms to keep life running without you having to use willpower every single day. Level 3: The Money Map 💸 The "I’m scared to check my bank" stage. No shame here. We find your "Survival Number" and automate the finances so bills get paid even if you forget them. Level 4: The Expansion 🚀 The "Ready to grow" stage. Once you're stable, we use the "Tech-Assisted CEO" plays to scale your income and side hustles. 👇 WHAT I NEED FROM YOU 👇 I want this space to be alive, not just a library.
