Hi everyone! I hope you're having a peaceful Sunday. It’s still rainy here, so it’s the perfect weather to stay in with a good story.
I’m passionate about how art and science cross paths to help us better understand our minds. Today I wanted to suggest that we share those movies or books that made you feel identified or gave you a new perspective on ADHD, Autism, or neurodiversity in general.
Here are two of my favorites:
- A book: The Reason I Jump by Naoki Higashida. It’s amazing for understanding sensory perception from the inside.
- A movie: Temple Grandin. It always inspires me to see how a different way of thinking can change the world.
What about you? What have you been reading or watching lately that moved you?
