Creating SOP's
Once you’ve built a solid flow that works, whether it’s your onboarding, your client build process, or your handoff to support, start documenting it.
Don’t wait until things get hectic.
Because here’s the thing: when you start scaling, the last thing you want is to slow down to create instructions for systems you already know work.
Your future team will need clarity. Your future self will need systems. Your growth will demand repeatability.
Start small if you have to:
–Record a Loom walking through your process
– Write out bullet points in a shared doc
– Make a checklist inside your project tool
Just don’t leave it in your head. SOPs aren’t just documentation they’re what let you grow without chaos.
