Difference between Postgres Db Options in Vercel

In the tutorial, while setting up the Postgres DB in Vercel, there was an option that looked like this...

However, when I went to the same page, the second screenshot is what I saw. Likely due to me being on free tier.

Given the similarity in screen 1 - Postgres by Neon, and screen 2, Neon - Serverless Postgres, I just went with Neon.

However this does look different than what's in the tutorial.

Just curious if anyone else ran into this issue?
