🚀New Video: How to Use Your Claude Code Projects in Codex in 5 Mins
Both Claude Code and Codex can run on the same project. You just need to know what each one looks for so you don't have to duplicate files or rebuild your setup. This video walks through what to swap, what stays the same, and a quick prompt you can use to convert any Claude Code project so Codex can read it too.

🚀New Video: The AI Career Opportunity Nobody is Talking About in 2026
Everyone in the AI space is being told the same thing right now: start an AI automation agency. But there's a bigger, quieter shift happening that fits way more people. In this video I break down a recent IBM study of 2,000 CEOs, the new chief AI officer wave, the 61-point gap between who can use AI and who actually does, and the two paths into that seat. By the end, you'll know which one fits you and why playing to your strengths matters more than chasing the loudest trend. Hyper Scaling
I own a Christmas Light Installation Company. I’ve always felt like we have a lot of data to make us run quickly in season. About 1.5 months ago I crossed Nate’s videos. I started to watch a few and things started to come together. About 2 weeks after seeing a video I started building code and apps. As of 30 days from build out I have built over 70,000 lines of code in an interface for the company with over 40 applications. I don’t know the hrs I have put in but honestly I don’t want to know or care to cause of where we are as a company this year. We went from a wagon wheel for transport to an Intergalactic space sheep traveling at light speed. Just insane that we’ve reduced our tech stack and monthly software subscriptions by over 1000$. Not only that but every point of app is 10x better for us and our business than what’s available in the market. Just wanted to introduce myself and show my appreciation of the content Nate puts out. I don’t think he’ll ever know of the impact his content has made on my business.

Law firms are losing clients in the first 30 minutes of silence.
Most law firms still route client inquiries manually. A paralegal reads every submission, figures out the case type, assigns it to the right attorney, writes a reply. Repeats this 20 times a day. I built a system that does all of that automatically — the moment a client hits submit. Here's what happens in the background: A client fills out a professional intake form hosted on a real website. The moment they submit, the workflow fires instantly. A JavaScript scoring engine evaluates their urgency level and referral source. It classifies them as Hot, Warm, or Cold in milliseconds. An AI Agent reads their case description in plain English and classifies it into the correct legal category — Personal Injury, Family Law, Criminal Defense, Business Law, Real Estate, or General Inquiry. The right attorney gets an instant Slack alert with the full case summary, confidence score, and client details. The client receives a personalized confirmation email — tone adjusted based on urgency. Hot clients feel like a senior attorney personally read their case. Cold clients get a professional standard acknowledgment. Everything is logged to Google Sheets automatically. The most interesting part — a divorce case involving a house dispute routes to Family Law, not Real Estate Law. Because the legal matter is the divorce. The AI understands legal theory, not just keywords. Tools: n8n · JavaScript · Groq (LLaMA 3.3) · Slack · Gmail · Google Sheets · GitHub Pages
