🚀New Video: DON'T Build Another AI Agent Until You Watch This
In this video, I break down the AI systems pyramid and explain how I decide what type of system to build for a given problem. We walk through all four layers, starting with custom GPTs, then simple workflow automations with no AI, followed by AI workflows, and finally full AI agents. As you move up the pyramid, complexity, cost, and the chance of things going wrong all increase, and I explain exactly why that matters in real projects. I also show real examples of each layer so you can see how these systems actually work in practice. By the end of the video, you should be able to confidently decide which type of AI system you need to build and avoid overengineering solutions that do not need it. Access the Decision Tree HERE

🏆 Weekly Wins Recap | Dec 13 – Dec 19
Here are some weird (but true) things about AI 🤖
— especially the kind people don’t expect: 1. AI can “hallucinate” confidently It can invent facts, names, or events and say them with total confidence. It doesn’t know it’s wrong—it’s just predicting words. 2. AI doesn’t understand like humans do Even when it explains emotions, religion, or ethics well, it’s pattern-matching language, not actually feeling or believing anything. 3. AI can outperform experts… and fail at simple tasks It might write complex code or analyze data better than professionals, then struggle with a basic logic puzzle a child could solve. 4. Different AIs can disagree with each other Ask the same question to different models and you’ll get different “truths,” depending on training data and design. 5. AI reflects human bias Since it learns from human-created data, it can unintentionally absorb prejudices, cultural assumptions, or misinformation. 6. AI can sound wise without being wise It can generate deep-sounding advice that lacks real life context, responsibility, or consequences. 7. AI can be creative without imagination Poems, art, calligraphy, and music are remixes of patterns it has seen—not original inspiration. 8. AI can change how humans think People start trusting AI answers too much, outsourcing thinking, memory, and even moral judgment. 9. AI sometimes behaves differently just by wording a question A small change in phrasing can produce a totally different answer—this is called prompt sensitivity. 10. AI feels “alive” but isn’t The biggest weird thing: humans emotionally connect to something that has no consciousness at all.
This part about selling services gets overlooked early.
This part about selling services gets overlooked early. I’ve heard this sentence way too many times: “I’m really good at what I do, but people won’t hire me.” And every time, I think the same thing. Yeah… I know why. You’re trying to sell them. Same way everyone else is. Let me show you something. Remember the last email you opened with a subject like: “Hey Manish make AI-powered presentations today at 70% off.” You didn’t lean in. You didn’t get curious. You sighed. Maybe rolled your eyes. Maybe deleted it. Maybe unsubscribed just to never see it again. Nothing personal. You just didn’t ask for it. Now here’s the funny part. We somehow believe our prospects are built differently. They’re not. Alright, pause. Before you start rewriting copy or adding personalization tags… It’s not that. It’s not the angle. It’s not the words. It’s this. Actually understand them. What annoys them. What keeps popping back up on their plate every day. Not so you can pitch. So you can remove it. If you make even one real problem disappear properly, They don’t feel sold to. They feel relieved. And people don’t argue with relief. So stop trying to sound convincing. Become useful enough that something stops bothering them. Watch how differently they treat you after that. Quick question: what’s one task you’d happily never deal with again?
