Starting a lead gen for local businesses - Any advice?

Hey everyone. I am keen on starting a lead gen service for contractors and roofers in my local area. I was going to use claude to generate some lead gen ideas but figure maybe the smart folks here can provide some tips?

My idea was to create 15-20 ai videos, posting once a day on their social media, which will take interested prospect to their landing page to secure a quote.

I'm open to hearing all ideas, tips marketing, softwares i should use, systems i should build, pretty much open to ANY ADVICE & IDEAS!
