🚀New Video: How a College Student Made $500k with Cold Email (Exact Framework)
In this episode, I brought on Suvam. He generated over $500,000 in sales opportunities in six months using cold email as a beginner. The core lesson is to sell the outcome first and build after commitment. Suvam overcame the trust barrier with a zero-risk offer: doing the work for free in exchange for a case study reference. This worked so well that one free client became his first paying client and the social proof nearly doubled his reply rates. His playbook uses AI to find pre-filtered niche databases, not massive lead directories, and employs a simple 4-step automation for personalization at scale.

Signal based cold email strategy
I decided to focus on signal-based lead scraping through LinkedIn. A lot of people in the cold email space talk about sending emails based on signals: - People talking about problems in their business - Showing interest in products you offer - Or simply discussing something you sell But the real work is actually finding these people. Where do you even find business owners in your ICP who are complaining or showing interest in what you sell? That’s the problem I focused on solving. I built a semi-automated way to do it. I use Google with site operators to find posts talking about AI and automation. Then I scrape the reactions from those posts, enrich the data with LinkedIn, and send an email referencing the post while asking about their AI plans. This means I’ve gone from randomly emailing people about automations to only reaching out to people who have already shown interest in AI. Right now, the biggest bottleneck is finding creators with the right audience. But once I do, the rest is automated and I can generate leads within minutes. Just wanted to share this since some of you have been asking about ways to get leads. I walk through the entire system in the video.
OpenAI’s Big Move: Peter Steinberger & The Multi-Agent Future
Sam Altman just dropped a massive update about the direction OpenAI is heading, and if you are building or interested in AI agents, you need to pay attention to this one. Here is the breakdown of the news and what it means for us: 1. Peter Steinberger Joins OpenAI OpenAI has brought on Peter Steinberger to spearhead the next generation of personal agents. Altman described him as a "genius" whose vision involves highly intelligent agents interacting seamlessly with each other to execute complex tasks for users. - The Takeaway: OpenAI expects this multi-agent ecosystem to quickly become a core pillar of their product offerings. If you've been betting on agents, this validates that thesis entirely. 2. OpenClaw Goes Open Source To support this multi-agent future, OpenClaw is transitioning into a foundation as an open-source project. - The Takeaway: OpenAI will continue to support it, but moving it to a foundation signals that they understand a truly multi-agent future requires a robust open-source ecosystem to thrive alongside proprietary models. Why this matters for us: The writing is on the wall: The future is extremely multi-agent. We are moving past single prompt-and-response chatbots and entering an era where specialized agents talk to other specialized agents to get things done. "The future is going to be extremely multi-agent and it's important to us to support open source as part of that." – Sam Altman What are your thoughts on this? Are you already experimenting with multi-agent frameworks, or does this news change your building strategy? Let me know in the comments below! 👇
