I started an AI Voice Agent for dentists - it handles missed calls, qualifies leads, reduces no-shows. Basically, it talks more than their front desk.

Been doing cold email + F3 groups for 4 weeks. Crickets.

So I'm asking the GOATs - what high IQ outreach methods are you using to get real leads? I'm out here playing chess against dentists who don't even open emails😭😭
