Been in the RE space since 2020, it's majority of my client base and I also take on multiple service-based businesses (property investors, restaurant, landscaping, construction, insurance, photography, etc.) focusing on brand awareness & lead gen with FB ads. I'd like to scale my agency as fast as possible and I've struggled debating the idea if I should just stick with realtors or expand with other niches specifically property investors & service based businesses to sign on more clients faster. Any advice on this?
I understand the benefit of sticking with only one niche and majority of my following on social media is realtors. So trying to figure out the best strategy of growth - thanks in advance to anyone that has any input or advice on this!
