Need help

My partner and I have an A plus team, but we burned through all our cash. We barely have enough to cover payroll. Not enough for ads spend for ourselves. I tried cold dm, cold email and cold calls. We used to get everything through referrals, but nothing works. We looked for client acquisition partner, but that was also a dead end. I see all these kids doing so well. I just lost on what we should do.
