We have a 43.90% show up rate on our calls.
We are cold calling real estate agents for marketing. (Obviously the script is much more unique, has pattern interrupt, and positions us as unique)
We're doing like 300 calls a day as a group of 3 callers, and booking at around 1.0% - 1.5% ABR. We book them thru Calendly, but recently it requires a code to send reminders, so sometimes people give us the code, sometimes people don't
We have emails that also go out when people book, with lead magnets, a case study, and a post booking funnel with a 30 minute VSL of me explaining & educating them.
From those calls, we get a 43.90% show up rate. (17% of people who book schedule again, either reschedule, or book follow up calls)
From the people who show up, we have a 61.11% good fit rate (Kind of subjective, just means if I believe from how they answered my questions, if I believe they are a qualified prospect for our service).
From the people who are good fits, we have a 54.55% conversion rate. Bringing the total conversion rate from Shows:Closes to 33.33%
Keep in mind though, we are pitching a "Test Drive" / "Free Trial", where they pay only adspend ($800 in adspend across 14-35 days), and then they're upsold to our main program which is $3k - $5k.
The trial is heavily positioned as a trial period to try the appointments, and everyone is heavily set with expectations that no closings or return will happen within just 2-4 weeks, and that real results happen after going onboard with us for a few months. So they are expecting to upsell.
So, thats the background, not sure what to do, if I should change anything or just keep it the same and keep pumping volume?
