I'm really loving this community. Such a great idea.

So I'm about to launch, get my hands dirty. Love feedback in what I'm missing or what I need to consider. https://www.unicornstudio.com.au I'm getting some client testimonials up, so adding that shortly.

My problem is I have not yet built a successful agency, I'm talented, just need to get the right formula, and solve a problem that really exists in the industry, not just in my head. Also most of my friends don't have large enough businesses for my service.

If you have ran an ecom brand, what concern will you have with what I'm offering. What are you really needing help with in creating ads?

Another skill is to offer Thumbnail design with ai, for youtubers. Which is another project idea.
