Looking for GHL Automation Expert/Executive Assistant
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Go High Level expert/ executive assistant to work directly with the CEO and help keep our operations, client delivery, and internal team running efficiently. You’ll play a key role inside one of the top AI Sales & Marketing agencies, helping manage client communication, internal workflows, and project execution across multiple departments.
This is a hybrid role that combines Executive Assistance, Project Management, light Creative tasks, and Client Operations.
What You’ll Do (Daily Responsibilities)Client & Communication Support
  • Attend client calls and document action items.
  • Manage our Slack channels and keep all communication organized and up to date.
  • Communicate with contractors, clarify deliverables, and ensure tasks stay on schedule.
  • Provide updates to clients when needed and maintain a professional, friendly tone.
Project & Operations Management
  • Add requirements, tasks, and updates into ClickUp and assign them to the correct team members.
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring tasks move forward and roadblocks are eliminated.
  • Ensure onboarding steps for new GHL CRM/automation clients are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Monitor the status of deliverables and follow up with team members for progress.
Systems & Platform Management
  • Use Canva templates to create simple graphics and social assets.
  • Manage video editors and review the content that is created
  • Use Go High Level (GHL) to support CRM setup, automation processes, and client workflows.
  • Perform high-accuracy data entry and documentation across all systems.
Requirements
  • Extremely organized — you thrive on systems, structure, checklists, and follow-through.
  • Fluent English (written & spoken) with confidence in client-facing communication.
  • 1+ year experience using ClickUp or Asana.
  • 2+ year experience with Go High Level (GHL).
  • 1+ years of Social Media management experience.
  • Comfortable with tracking tasks, managing deadlines, and coordinating between multiple people.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software tools.
  • Work from 9AM - 5PM CST
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Major Plus)
  • Experience with CRM onboarding or automation workflows.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, AI tools, or agency operations.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Loom, and other async communication tools.
