I am just about to set my ads live for google ads chiro lead gen and I'm trying to workout a strategy on the follow up/appointment setting process. I've said to the client that my process will be calling up the clients to make sure they're serious then handing over the leads to the client to book them in.
However, I'm just questioning now how that'll play because that'll entail me having a conversation with the lead then leaving the crucial part of setting the appointment to a second call.
In my mind, that creates more of an opportunity for churn.
I didn't sign up to do appointment setting but I'm thinking will leaving it off lead to leads slipping through the cracks?
Not to mention as well that I don't have access to the client's calendar at the moment so it may also be a back and forth to make sure timings are correct.
Can anyone with experience on this advise?
