just found , Cold SMS through GHL, Twilio is Illegal

yes, they're not FCC Compliant and thus is the reason why their open rates are low too!!

but not to feel down, since I've found a great system we all can leverage into our agencies which is FCC-Compliant, P2P and not A2P (so no verification processes and all that).

been using it for my Service-based agencies and it's all cool.

wish I could still use GHL, but who wants to pay the fines? and btw, the one am using rn, has a 98% open rate. Agency owners, we unite again with SMS platform, the best platform for service-based agency owners could use 4 years ago. let's rocket the meetings again!
