What is your best tracking sheet or fulfillment KPI tracker to keep your fulfillment tight?
We have our own tracking on G-Sheets, but we've scaled to over 200 clients, and I feel like it is not as optimized as it could be.
Was curious to see what other top agencies are doing in here, would be happy to share some stuff on my end if you have a good solution for this 🚀
