Yo guys, so I'm in real estate and I offer booked appointments to my clients.
1) Should my clients be calling the appointment inside the CRM?
➡️ 2) If they should, do I need to tell my clients to say something like "I'm calling on a recorded line" at the beginning of each call or I don't have to?? Because I've heard some stuff about having to mention that the call is being recorded.
Yes they should Calling up the appointments inside the CRM
No, they should be calling them from their personal phone number
