💭 Reflection:
"Well tonight I've blown my sleep protocol. It's very late but I did spend some time with the family - kids and hubby. I played a few games with the boys and I learnt that I could fool them just as easily as they can fool me - and to lose to an old person in their eyes.....well enough said. Tomorrow, I'm going to revisit the breath work at some stage but this time on the bed and see if it lands differently rather than the floor. It's been a lovely evening, I've been calm and enjoyed the boys invented games. I showed up for them for some much needed connection which benefited us all. Pō mārie (good night) from NZ everyone. "
