Shutting out Negative Ned is key for me
Just built my Week 3 Comeback Protocol and named my inner critic "Negative Ned." Biggest realization: he doesn't show up while I'm working—he shows up BEFORE I start, trying to talk me out of even trying. Recognizing him as a voice (not a verdict) changes everything. I'm the one who HEARS Ned. That separation is the whole game.
