"Wow - this morning started bright and early at 3:30am. Ready for the somatic breath work session at 4am and boy did that feel good! It has set me up beautifully for the day. I'm grounded, relaxed and I feel a calm presence over me at the moment despite what life throws at me. I've done some work on my coaching mantra and Sage's tip to practice it standing up certainly helped it to land in me. It feels a lot more natural and flows better. I had a good quality sleep last night although I still haven't managed 7 hrs sleep but that's a work in progress. The quality is definitely what I'm focussing on at present. Here's to enjoying the rest of the day."
