My lowest Harmony dimension: Financial stability (0) and Emotional health (1), which I realised are completely locked together.
Wind-down pattern I noticed: I haven't had a structured wind-down; instead, I spend my evenings letting the internal "scorecard" run, feeling guilty about the ways I could be making money but am avoiding.
Morning pattern I noticed: There is a heavy three-hour gap between 9:00 AM (when I tell myself I should start) and 12:00 PM (when things actually happen). It's an avoidance gap where my energy just drains.
I decided to close my open loop: by setting up my wind-down and first-30-minutes protocol for tomorrow, because I want 9:00 AM to stop being the hour I "should" start and finally become the hour I actually have.
And it made me feel: Relieved. It feels lighter to step out of the guilt cycle and take one tangible step to bridge that morning gap.
What surprised me: Realising that my empty bank account isn't evidence that I'm a "fuck up." It's actually a nervous system response—an invoice for a protective "guard" that has been faithfully doing its job for years through avoidance. Money is just the loudest place that bill shows up.
