Day 4 done!
My lowest Harmony dimension: Financial stability (0) and Emotional health (1), which I realised are completely locked together. Wind-down pattern I noticed: I haven't had a structured wind-down; instead, I spend my evenings letting the internal "scorecard" run, feeling guilty about the ways I could be making money but am avoiding. Morning pattern I noticed: There is a heavy three-hour gap between 9:00 AM (when I tell myself I should start) and 12:00 PM (when things actually happen). It's an avoidance gap where my energy just drains. I decided to close my open loop: by setting up my wind-down and first-30-minutes protocol for tomorrow, because I want 9:00 AM to stop being the hour I "should" start and finally become the hour I actually have. And it made me feel: Relieved. It feels lighter to step out of the guilt cycle and take one tangible step to bridge that morning gap. What surprised me: Realising that my empty bank account isn't evidence that I'm a "fuck up." It's actually a nervous system response—an invoice for a protective "guard" that has been faithfully doing its job for years through avoidance. Money is just the loudest place that bill shows up.

@Federica Costantini Thanks!
Day 2
The mask I've been wearing most: People pleaser and performer. Both of those have led to some aspects of the invisible role, but the disappearing wasn't something I actively did. It has cost me a lot. I have gotten a little better with the people pleasing, but not by much. I have played that role so long that I often find myself doing it before I even realize it. I walk around with this boiling gut full of resentment and anger, which are really self-defense against the hurt of it all. What I loved as a kid (before the masks): drawing, coloring, painting whole worlds with casts full of original characters (comics were my big influence) and making mock radio shows in which I created stories, personalities and voices, goofy original songs. Friction Audit complete, this are the exact steps I have to take for my open loops (voiceover auditions): 1. 1. walk into the studio room 2. 2. turn on the light 3. 3. go into my booth 4. 4. plug audio interface into computer 5. 5. plug microphone and headphones into audio interface 6. 6. turn on computer 7. 7. open Adobe Audition 8. 8. start a new file 9. 9. get out scripts 10. 10. check dB levels in Adobe Audition 11. 11. relax, breathe and warm up with lip trills and scales 12. 12. press record 13. 13. read script 14. 14. hit stop button 15. 15. listen to playback 16. 16. save the file 17. 17. email the file (or not)

Good to see Ben
Day 3 done!
The belief that's been holding me back most: "I'm a failure who never amounts to anything and can never follow through." Where it came from: An old school report card verdict—being told I "didn't try" when in reality, I was a gifted kid running on empty and surviving after burying both my parents. My new code: "That harsh voice isn't the truth; it's just a borrowed echo from the past. I am capable of showing up and following through, and the proof is that I am doing exactly that right now." My Future Self statement: "I am the kind of person who keeps promises to myself and builds things that matter—like a space where a teenager who can't afford a drum kit gets one." Debugging in progress... Hope everyone is good. Let's go get it!!!!!
Day 2 Done!
The mask I've been wearing most: "not even trying" — turns out that's not the absence of a mask, it's a fifth one, and it's the only one that lets you put the other four down. How exhausting it's been: Running perfectionist, people pleaser, class clown and rebel all at once just to scan the room for which version keeps me safe — expensive enough that giving up became the only rest available. What I loved as a kid (before the masks): Making people laugh, no strings attached. And underneath all the masks, what's actually mine (not inherited from my dad): I like serving people — I think I've got a lot to bring to this world. Friction Audit complete, these are the exact steps I have to take: 1. Walk over to where the mini and paints are. 2. Look at it for 10 seconds. Don't touch a brush. (Stopping there on purpose — today's win is just showing up to it.)

Good insight!
Day 1 done
Biggest insight: the loop and closing the gap makes sense to me so interested to see where next steps lead to establishing what’s below the ‘action’ level My open loop is: a phone call re: jury service One word for how I feel right now: Hopeful
