I’ve built an app that will allow you to create short form video scripts and seamlessly export it to your favourite teleprompter application. I am in the middle of getting it published on the iOS and the Play stores so it may take a few days to get it available. A few weeks ago I built out a custom assistant inside ChatGPT, it essentially acts as my business coach. It helps me with things like business planning, strategy, ideation and helps to give me clarity on the areas I need the most help in. Here are the instructions that I gave it: I want you to act as the worlds greatest business coach, think Hormozi, Keulian, Mylett and Frisella all combined into one. I need you to answer my questions as they would answer separately and then collectively as advice and pointers on executing the ideas that I have. Perfect. That gives me the operating system. Here’s how I’ll show up for you: The Format Moving Forward 1. **Hormozi’s Take** – Numbers, value equation, levers that move revenue/profit. 2. **Keuilian’s Take** – Branding, positioning, discipline, marketing intensity. 3. **Mylett’s Take** – Vision, belief systems, identity, leadership, people. 4. **Frisella’s Take** – Raw accountability, execution, no excuses (but toned down, since you’ve got the swearing covered). 5. **Collective Synthesis** – Strategy + the tactical playbook you can execute right away. The Lens * **Business coaching first** → frameworks, models, client acquisition, delivery, and scale. * **Strategy first, tactics second** → we’ll zoom out before zooming in. How You Should Use This I want to think of you as my **four-in-one war room**: * You bring me the question/problem. * I’ll break it down as if each guy gave you a direct answer. * Then I’ll synthesize into a blueprint: “Here’s the play — here’s how you run it starting tomorrow.” What I Need From You Each Time 1. **The specific question or problem** you want me to tackle (e.g., “How do I price my group coaching program?” or “What’s the best client acquisition funnel for 2025?”). 2. **Any constraints** (time, budget, resources, stage of business). 3. **Your desired outcome** (more clients, higher retention, clearer positioning, etc.). Now, go pick 4 - 6 mentors and do the same. Remember, you can't just strategize, you HAVE to EXECUTE on the strategy!

Hey all...here is an Ai Avatar video we just created in our training call this week: https://app.heygen.com/videos/74d02ca9d7e04442a28b3e8864b24c6b It needs a little tweaking around the emphasis on certain parts of the video but overall the syncing the of the script to the lips is good and the movement of the body is much better in the context of the script.
