I had a great chat with an old friend yesterday, a self described nerd who has spent the last 30 years as a Software Engineer. He had some interesting insight into AI (won’t get into that here), we spent the majority of our time talking AI Agents. Being the tech savvy person that he is, he built his own agents as far back as 3 years ago. Hard code. Knowledge that I just don’t possess, nor do I have the time or inclination to learn! He was excited to see that Agents have become far less technical and now very much affordable for the average person looking for leverage.
