Start your morning with intention. 3 minutes. One breath at a time. This week, I’m challenging you to make breathwork a non-negotiable part of your morning routine. The full video is 5 minutes, but I’m only asking for 3. That’s it. Three minutes to remind yourself that you can control your body through your breath. I’ll be doing this every single day while I’m on the treadmill yes, it makes it harder, but that’s the point. The more we practice controlling our breath under pressure, the more powerful we become in every moment that matters. Box Breathing: The Practice That Changed Everything
Box breathing has been transformative for me. It was the first breathing technique that helped me refocus when I was in a dark place and struggling. It became the first practice I made a habit — and it’s the one I’m committing to for the next week (if not the next month). This simple rhythm — in, hold, out, hold — has the power to take you from whatever emotion or level of chaos you’re in… to a state of calm, focus, and clarity. It’s a reset button for your nervous system and your mind. šŸŽ„ Try the video out. šŸ’¬ Then drop a GIF of breathing in the comments once you’ve done it. 🧠 Share how you felt afterwards and your plan to make this a habit: When will you do it? As one who has experienced anxiety and panic attacks, I use box breathing to focus my energy and as a preventive measure. It helps.
Have you been eating flies?
This video that I posted on YouTube about a year ago popped up in my memories and humbled me. It gave me a reminder that I've been eating flies. I don’t need to do more, but I can ā€œhunt bigger and more challenging gameā€. If you've been eating flies I challenge you to live up to your potential as well. Ask yourself if I am royalty in what ways am I not moving that I should be? In what ways am I not challenging myself that I should be? This is such a powerful quote. I don’t think I’ve ever seen this video or heard this quote before I’m new here. I’ve only been here for a few hours, but I’ve already been inspired by the few quotes I’ve read. Thank you for the divine insight to begin this SKOOL. May it bless many lives for years to come.
