Today i left the job .. i do not have enough time to manage the uni and job (8 hours) , currently i am in 4th semester , i have time to build something on my own and currently i dont have enough family pressure to do the job. also the job was very hectic and not worth paying (20k ) for full stack development , learnt too much thing my doing the job for a month (started in the semster break) , discussed this scenario with Umair Bajwa , it was very helpful and the conclusion was to left it and start working on myself 📊 Vital Stats Slept: 1:40 AM | Woke Up: 4:40 PM Slept: 2:00 PM | Wokr Up : 5:00 PM Total Sleep: Around 6 Hours 🕒 The Timeline (3-Hour Blocks) 12:00 AM – 03:00 AM: watched video of upwork halal hustle 101 at 1 : 40 went to sleep 03:00 AM – 06:00 AM: from 4:45 to 5: , did sehri and prayed fajr , and quran 06:00 AM – 09:00 AM: meeting from 6 to 7:15 , went to uni 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM: UNI 12:00 PM – 03:00 PM: came back at 1:30 prayed zuhr and sleep 03:00 PM – 06:00 PM: at 5:15 woke up and prayed asr , 06:00 PM – 09:00 PM: aftar , maghrib , some break , isha , sat on my desk at 8 09:00 PM – 11:59 PM: watched halal hustle videos (1 remaining) from 11 to 12 meeting 🎯 Intentions & Boundaries Most Important Tasks (MITs): Task 1 : watch community videos , _______________________ ✨ Reflection & Review Wins of the Day: Prayed 5 times on time , learnt videos from community Mistakes / Learnings: Did't went for running , no physical activity

Assalamualaikm! Just want to share a joyful moment of our team with all of you🤍 We joined the community individually, but over time it became a turning point for us as a team. Day by day, we started receiving consistent value, and opportunities. We learned the fundamentals of bidding, understood the approval process, and most importantly, implemented everything step by step instead of just learning. Through proper guidance of @Haroon Khalil and the time they had given to us, we decided to move for live bidding. By applying what we were taught, our bidding finally got approved and that was a big milestone for us. After approval, we immediately started bidding, and soon we received our first major opportunity. We were provided with a client by @Haroon Khalil and even though we were new to handling such a responsibility, we chose to take the opportunity instead of letting fear stop us. A big thanks to @Hina Zaib who took that opportunity immediately without any fear or doubt. Direct communication played a key role here. We accepted the challenge, coordinated as a team, and managed the client professionally. We deeply understood the client’s niche, built a proper profile and workflow, provided timely updates, and managed everything with discipline and consistency. From Instagram management to editing and designing, every team member gave their best. Strong guidance and quality control helped us make the right decisions whether it was about execution, hiring, or improving our process, @Nida Jameel have every solution and motivation to sort out and glow up. She is always there to motivate and help members. That support made a huge difference.
