You ever vibe so high you glitch the matrix?
Ok... not that I fully believe it... But I've noticed a pattern. When I'm giving if a lot of energy... positive or negative charge didn't matter... I just find additional difficulty with anything electronic. Lights, phone signals, TV glitches, computer glitches... What gives?! 😅 And maybe it just me... but i suspect... this happens to a lot of us.... Comment if you ever experience wierd energy transference to electrical devices.

Haha, can’t say I’ve glitched the matrix yet, but those random tech glitches do make you wonder sometimes 😅
Going through it
When life's got you down, what are your go-to ways of getting through it?

Taking it one step at a time and reminding myself that tough phases don’t last forever.
ADHD Hack: Sensory Anchoring
Did you know that you can create flow states with sensory anchoring? Sensory anchoring means using a specific smell, texture, or sound to train your brain into different modes. For example, I create sensory anchors for getting into "focus mode" when I need to work by keeping a cedar block on my desk. When I'm ready to work, I smell the cedar block, turn on some medieval lo-fi music, set a pomodoro timer, and get to it. Now my brain associates medieval lo-fi and the smell of cedar with "It's time to lock in and get work done!" Have you tried sensory anchoring before?

Great idea. Training your brain with simple sensory cues can make focus much easier.
Loving acceptance
Last night, I intentionally gave myself real permission to fail. As I stated in my post, things kinda flew off the rails, and the cool thing was.. I was aware of it. What at first was judgement and self criticism, turned into acceptance and surrender. I noticed these judgmental parts in me and I acknowledged them. I didn’t tell them to go away, I didn’t shun them. I gave them space. I gave them love. I gave them peace. That shift from pushing away to letting in made all the difference. I went to sleep in this aura of loving acceptance towards and around these parts and I woke up today feeling incredibly motivated. I planned my day early, executed what I set out to do, and still had enough energy to absolutely torch my legs at the gym. None of that came from pushing harder. It came from taking the pressure off. What in taking away from this experience is this. When I stop demanding performance from myself, my system actually wants to move. Motivation shows up when there’s space for it and those parts of me that get all judgy and blamey are there to serve me too. Self-acceptance isn’t the opposite of momentum. It’s often the doorway to it. ✨

Beautiful insight. Sometimes acceptance creates the momentum we were trying to force.
Day #13 🌊 Energy waves
After five days of flu that caused me several sleep deprivation, I finally slept last night. So I felt so happy and energetic during the morning and early afternoon, so I did all the things I was unable to do in the previous days: 🧺 First load of laundry 🚽 Cleaned the toilet 🛏️ Fresh bed sheets 🧺 Second load of laundry 🍛 Cooked a pork goulash Then I just crashed. Energy gone. I had to lay down hoping for 20 minutes of sleep… except the cough had different idea of spending the afternoon. Don’t be like me, saves your energy during the illness recovery 😎
