I haven't been able to join the last couple of weeks due to work, so it was great to be back. One of my key take aways, is which type of communication patterns I fall into and getting more comfortable being uncomfortable in the last challenge as all ways.

I was only able to attend the call for the last ten minutes I was lucky to catch dino in my breakout room , it was nice to have a catch up and be given advice that the problems I’m facing while yes are challenging it is fixable , I hope my journey gets easier overtime as everyone else’s too .

Felt a bit jammy since I didn’t have a specific topic which I probably should’ve used which would’ve allowed me to focus on what I was trying to get across.

I’ve always struggled with asking the right questions and getting into deeper conversations, سبحان الله, so I’m hoping to learn and improve bit by bit, إن شاء الله. I just want to become better in the way I speak and connect, and hopefully be someone who brings a little goodness into the spaces I’m in, إن شاء الله ☺️
