DAY 1 πŸ’ͺ 50 Rep Challenge πŸ’ͺ
Hello everyone today marks the first day of the challenge. To get the most out of these next 14 days…please do the following πŸ“ πŸŽ₯ Record your attempt and upload it in the comments section for each new day of the challenge. You can have your first 10 reps in normal speed, then increase the speed for the remaining part of your video. πŸ€” Briefly explain what you learnt from today’s attempt, e.g. did anything feel awkward with your movement, how was your timing, coordination or contact? πŸ‘Š What will you focus on in Day 2? Examples: transferring weight, increasing/decreasing speed, returning back to stance etc. Reflecting helps you to become more aware of the little details that will make a massive improvement at the end of the challenge instead of mindlessly throwing strikes. Vamos!! 🫑 P.S Happy Halloween to the US members πŸ‘»

I’m still getting used to the kick it feels weird at first as the motion doesn’t seem natural when you start out. I find my right kick though to be way stronger than my left and when I switch kick I tend to naturally lean back it may be due to lack of balance I feel like my brain doesn’t have as much of a connection with my body when I’m in my opposite stance. Ohh and sorry for the interruptions with other gym mates in between the gym is getting remodeled we don’t have that much space rn

πŸ”₯ 14-Day November Challenge πŸ”₯ Let’s sharpen our weak points together! πŸ’ͺ
Hey VMT crew πŸ‘Š Starting November 1st, we’re running a 14-day challenge to strengthen your weak spots so that your techniques feel smoother and more automatic. πŸ† Your Goal: Do 50 reps a day of any technique you want to improve. Why? To strengthen your neural pathways β€” so when it’s time to perform, your technique feels natural, fluid, and sharp, not clunky or forced. ❗❗ Note: You don't need a heavy bag. All techniques can be shadowboxed and controlled. You could do 50 reps straight or 5 sets of 10 reps or 10 sets of 5 reps. ⏰ Fit it in whenever it works best for you: - Morning wake-up reps - Midday break in the office - After training finisher πŸ‘‡ Vote in the poll below for which technique you’re choosing β€” or drop your own idea in the comments. Let’s keep each other accountable and make the two weeks count πŸ”₯Tag a teammate to join you and keep the momentum going! I will post each day of the challenge. That is where you will comment your progress. Vamos! πŸ₯Š
