Starting November 1st, weβre running a 14-day challenge to strengthen your weak spots so that your techniques feel smoother and more automatic.
π Your Goal: Do 50 reps a day of any technique you want to improve.
Why? To strengthen your neural pathways β so when itβs time to perform, your technique feels natural, fluid, and sharp, not clunky or forced.
ββ Note: You don't need a heavy bag. All techniques can be shadowboxed and controlled. You could do 50 reps straight or 5 sets of 10 reps or 10 sets of 5 reps.
β° Fit it in whenever it works best for you:
- Morning wake-up reps
- Midday break in the office
- After training finisher
