Bot Booking Before 11:00 AM EST Without Confirming with User
Hi everyone – first off, a big shoutout to Assistable for such an amazing platform. Over the last month, we’ve booked nearly 300 appointments for a moving business using their AI voice and sms bots, with a conversion rate of over 60% from first response to booked calls on one account alone. The performance has been fantastic. However, we’ve run into a challenge with another account that we need help resolving: Bot ID: 1744843807423x422811553896093950 Issue:We do not want the bot to book any appointments before 11:00 AM EST. Here’s what’s currently happening: - The bot is correctly asking for the user’s time zone (if not provided initially). - It converts the user's selected time to Eastern Time internally ✅ - BUT — if the selected time is earlier than 11:00 AM EST, the bot is still automatically booking the appointment for 11:00 AM EST - It should instead send a message offering 11:00 AM EST converted to the user's local time and ask for confirmation, not auto-book it. Expected Behavior: If the converted time is before 11:00 AM EST, the bot should: 1. Not book the appointment immediately 2. Reply with a message and on postive response book. Looking for any suggestions or support on how to patch this correctly! Thanks in advance 🙌

upgrade plan
If we upgrade plan, can we get a one on one support when needed? we have been facing alot of issues right now and need someone from the team to look over everything for us once so we don't loose client! currently we are using 3 account plan and only reason we want to upgrade would be to get one on one support.

Outbound number showing as 808 number!
Hi, I've posted here twice regarding an issue we're facing and also submitted a support ticket. Unfortunately, my posts were deleted without any explanation, and I haven't received any response on the ticket. I’m not here to spread negativity—I just need a resolution. Ignoring or deleting my posts won’t solve the issue. Please provide an update or let me know the next steps.
