Food Relationship
Happy Thursday team. I have been thinking a lot over the past few days about where I am at with my overall relationship with food, (and ultimately where I need that relationship to be in regard to my overall health). What is your relationship with food? What has been the strength of that relationship and where have things fallen short?

@Adam Koller so I choose better not to eat when I am in lowly state; and that way I pat my back, no one is going to die by skipping a meal 😌

@Adam Koller Infact this very so called fasting gives energy for the next day, I didn’t had a glass of water to release my motion next day and slept well😇

🔥Still in 🫐Yogurt + Blueberries 🐖Sausage & egg scramble + Avocado 🥩8 oz steak + greens 🧉Post workout protein shake Today was all about dropping carbs way down-carbs and I don't do well together so focusing on 30-40g or less a day is the top priority. If I am cutting carbs that means I am cutting sugars and processed food efficiently. It's all about making things easy so it can be sustainable.
