🛑 Building Companies. 🟢 Intelligence Layers
It's an intelligence layer. Most founders are still layering AI onto legacy org charts. Wonder why it's not clicking? You missed the structural shift. I broke down: closed-loop vs open-loop systems, the queryable org, the 10,000x engineer, and why middleware is dead. Not another productivity hack. It's a rebuild. Full breakdown → https://www.skool.com/quantum-quill-lyceum-1116/classroom/c7f102c7?md=453f2f9f67e549f5ba1a55a2afd25a42 #aiNative #startup #intelligenceLayer #noMoreMiddleware

@David Vogel first thank you for sharing. Although i fully understand the mechanics, have you ever seen an AI native company or have u been able to implement it yourself? i read a lot about company’s brain and other piece of what diana explained but it seems to be highly sophisticated and connecting large number of tools. I believe complexity is the enemy of what an effective company should be. In short looking for a simple yet effective implementation of such AI native company, anyone has any pointers ?

I will give it a go. https://claude.ai/public/artifacts/573eef2c-f3e3-4ab8-8f10-df4e1860d336 Write up: Randy is heading into a first planning meeting with Marcus. He fills in four sentences about his life — age, income, savings, monthly contributions — and get back a straight answer in Marcus’s voice: where his family stands, why, and if they’re behind, three specific levers to close the gap. No jargon, no sterile dashboard. One design choice: the prospect’s name in the headline. It tells Randy immediately that someone real is looking at his situation — not running a calculation. That shift from transaction to conversation is Marcus’s entire practice philosophy, compressed into one line.

@Nathan Smith thank you ;-)
Tell me what you want me to build you.
I had an idea. I want you all to comment A traditional workflow that you have right now. Like some sort of set of tasks that your industry does or what you're trying to do. I'm going to see how fast I can build some sort of prototype or solution that automates part of it in your industry or pain points and I'm just going to make a mass video that shows all of them for everyone who comments and this. Whatever I build if you want it DM me and I'll send you something. If you don't comment in this, I'm not building it But let's see what we can do. Everyone comment what you want me to build below or more importantly what you do and what your industry is

Frequent-traveler family here, about to jump into world schooling. My wife runs all of it. Before every move she's hunting through hundreds of emails for confirmation numbers, visa dates, Airbnb contacts, insurance gaps. Huge mental load. What I'd love: a travel valet agent that reads every booking email, pulls it into one vault per destination, flags what's missing (no hotel week 3, child visa not sorted), and answers questions from her phone. 'What's the address of AIrbnb in Barcelona?' Instant. For world schoolers this is life, not one trip. Hope that will catch your attention :-) Thank you.
☄️New Module: Claude Design and Local Models
New module just dropped in Implementation Playbooks. Claude Design: Folder Structure as a Design System Anthropic released Claude Design. It builds brand design systems, slide decks, prototypes, and animated content from your existing assets. Underneath the interface it is Claude Code, skills, and a folder structure. If that sounds familiar, it should. It is a refined version of what we have been building in this community. This module covers three things: 1. How Claude Design actually works, what it does well, and where it burns tokens fast. 2. How to export the design system it builds and run it locally in Claude Code or VS Code. 3. *Lightly Touches* on how to swap in open source models like Qwen 3 Coder Next, Code Gemma, Devstral, or DeepSeek Coder V2 when you hit usage limits or want to cut costs. Claude Design is not a replacement for the workflow you have been learning. It is proof the workflow is correct. The people who built Claude Design are solving the same problem with the same tools as you are here. The difference is you now have a head start, because you already understand folder structure, skills, and routing. If you are new here, start with Foundation Lesson 2 for the history, Lesson 4 for the install, and Implementation Playbook Module 1 for the animation builds that predate all of this. Watch the video. Build your own system this week. Post your folder structure in the community. Claude Design: Folder Structure as a Design System - Implementation Playbooks · Clief Notes

Thank you @Jake Van Clief . Still having the feeling of sprinting after all those new features and possibilities.
THANKYOU (Edit of :I need your help but it's optional. )
UPDATE: SHE GOT INTO THE NEXT ROUND THANKYOU ALL SO MUCH. Another round of voting this week if you want it keep voting for us ! Completely unrelated to AI. My stepdaughter is in a competition to meet Jeff corwin. (My childhood hero when it came to animals) And she just needs a vote in a competition everyday for the next few days. Completely free to cast one vote. So if anyone is willing to just click the link and cast a vote that would be super nice. Totally don't have to as I understand this is completely separate from AI lol https://jr-ranger.org/2026/wylder-533c
