Stay Positive and Prayerful
Remember that you made it to today for a reason. Most likely, it's not about you, it's about using your time, talents and gifts to be a blessing to others. The more I take the focus off of me, and put it on what I can do to help others, my needs and wants come around. This helps my attitude as well when others do or say "The crazy" . Let's help others in their condition, situation and circumstances. Keep your word also, please, and tell the truth no matter how it looks or feels.

@Jason Ridgeway 🙏💪
My sister Barbara, She went before me, I am honoring her life by fighting to live.
She was the example of someone who did everything MDA asked of her. Brain cancer = nanoknife, NSCLC thought her body = 1st generation TKI, 2nd generation TKI, forerunners of Osimernitab (Tagrisso) Chemotherapy= compliant with MDA. Died 2 months shy of 5 years. Compliant to the end, fulfilling the statistic of a 3% chance of living 5 years, the same prognosis I received. I chose a different path. We both believe in God, both have/had the support of a loving spouse and children. I chose the path of becoming a man of science, or rather, it chose me. Barbara chose the path of Mother Theresa to all she met. Faithful Christian through it all- almost childlike in her Faith. BTW, we have the same diagnosis, S4, NSCLC, EGFR mutation, hers was widely metastasized, at first diagnosis, mine ws oligometastatic, meaning very little metastasis.
My sister Barbara, She went before me, I am honoring her life by fighting to live.

@Stuart Briscoe All the best 💪
We lost a warrior.
On Wednesday, June 18th at 8:13 PM, we said goodbye to Den Stacey—husband, father, friend, teacher, warrior, and leader in the metabolic cancer healing world. Many of you knew Den because of what he achieved when the odds were against him in 2022. Facing a terminal diagnosis of pulmonary artery intimal sarcoma, Den used the press pulse protocol to achieve NED and stay there for a year, defying every expectation. And he didn’t keep that knowledge to himself. Den spent his final years helping others understand and implement Press Pulse protocols with me by his side and our good friend, Daniel Orrego. He opened his life, his inbox, and his heart to hundreds of people walking the same terrifying path. He taught from lived experience, and he did it with clarity, humor, and compassion. His story gave people hope—and still does. In late 2024, Den’s cancer returned aggressively and by the time it was discovered, the tumor in his heart had grown significantly and metastasized to other parts of his body, including his hip, which fractured in March. This fracture, combined with his need for healing and pain management, made it impossible to restart the protocol. For the past six months, we have carried the brutal weight of knowing what to do, but being unable to do it. Den’s physical body simply couldn’t withstand the necessary interventions—despite our preparation, planning, and absolute commitment. He passed away surrounded by love, and we have no doubt that metabolic therapy gave us years we otherwise wouldn’t have had. We are deeply grateful for that. We know that many of you will have questions. Please know that Den remained deeply faithful to the power of this work, and so do we. He was proud of the impact he made, and we are working on preserving and expanding that legacy for others. Den’s story was never just about the science—it was about the human spirit, about reclaiming health through beauty, love, and ferocity. We will carry that forward in his name. With gratitude,

FIRST NED
Companions in this journey, I'm delighted to share with you that last week I had an appointment with my oncologist, and we reviewed the results of my PET scan. In terms of the exam, there is no hypermetabolism, which means there's no evidence of tumors in my body at that level. To provide some context, I was diagnosed with breast cancer with bone metastasis in January 2024. I started my standard treatment with Kisqali and a hormonal inhibitor (Letrozole). At that point, I had a lot of lower back pain, which was actually what led me to the doctor in the first place and revealed the terrifying diagnosis. The cause of that pain was lesions on my vertebrae and bones in the sacrum, iliac crest, and some ribs. This led to a treatment of 10 radiotherapy sessions. After the sessions, I noticed a huge improvement in terms of pain and mobility. Metabolic Therapy Journey After overcoming that first crisis, I began my journey with metabolic therapy in approximately May 2024. Little by little, I incorporated as many elements as possible into it. The first thing I did was to start a ketogenic diet and aim for the desired GKI of 2. For several months, I was able to achieve this almost consistently because I consumed very few calories, very few carbohydrates (10g per day), and very little protein (1g per kg of weight). The fats consumed were between 3 and 4 times the protein. While this allowed me to have a GKI of 2 or sometimes even less than 1, the weight loss became concerning, and at times, I felt weak. This weakness would subside if I ate a good portion of meat. This led me to increase my protein intake to 1.5g per kg of weight and to increase carbohydrates to 20 or 30g per day, while maintaining the fat ratio at four times the amount of protein. Since September of last year, I have maintained this way of eating, and although my GKI often doesn't reach 2, staying more around 3 or 3.5, I feel energetic all the time. Plus, I'm more in control of the changes I need to make to get back to the coveted 2, in terms of choosing foods that transform best in my body.
