FRAMES ARE LIVE - Everything You Need to Know!
Hey guys, Happy Thursday! We are thrilled to announce that we have FINALLY launched framed prints on PrintShrimp!! Those of you that have been around for a while honestly have probably given up hope, but I promise we have been working so hard behind the scenes to get these live 😆 Frames are available in 3 finishes (Oak, Black and White). All frames arrive ready to hang. Please view the attached pdfs for images and more details. So, what do you need to do? Obviously, frames don't automatically appear for sale on your Etsy shop. Before you start panicking about how much it will be to add frames to all of your listings - don't worry! We have built a couple of tools that allow you to add frames to all of your listings (and yes you can use them for free) These will create your listings so they are set up with variation options for Print Only Black Frame Oak Frame White Frame Attached is a screenshot of what your listings will look like after adding them with the tool Head to your portal and click on the new tab 'Frame Launch' Please please please watch the YouTube videos (and pay attention lol) that go through how to add frames to your shops. It's a simple process but there are a few things you need to do to add frames, and the videos explain it all to you very clearly. The two main things you need to do are: Edit your listings to have one SKU: For us to edit your listings and add frames, we need all of your listings to have one SKU per product. We have built a tool that will identify where your listings differ and clean them up for you. You will need to do this as step 1 if your products have multiple SKUs (i.e. an SKU for each size variation) Actually edit your listings to add framed variations: This is where the magic happens. You need to do a few things such as disable global and domestic pricing, so please watch the videos that details all of this. We have our recommended pricing built into the software that will apply to all of your listings, for frames and print only. This includes some modifications to print only recommended pricing we had before (which means higher profits for you guys compared to before). I have attached a guide with the new recommended pricing below! Here you can get a snapshot of the expected profits from selling frames! This is based on UK prices and accounts for UK VAT when charged and Etsy fees.

Rant about Etsy
I’ve had my shop for 2 months now but really only started seriously about a month or so ago. As of today I have made 10+ real orders from real people! Really happy about those and making actual money. However today I randomly gotten an email from Etsy saying “We’ve placed a temporary Payment account reserve on your shop” This feels like a p*ss take. I made my first sales a month ago. I have dispatched all the orders on the same day or next day. I’ve always paid for the orders for printshrimp straight away and put in the tracking as soon as I get it. I’ve not had any issues and no complaints. I’ve even answered my first customer message within an hour on Sunday! This feels wrong. Rant over, will still be angry but will be quietly/loudly moaning about it myself and to my partner tomorrow.
Etsy Plus
I would love to get thoughts on etsy plus, is it worth it? or leave it on the normal account and then down the line get esty plus. What does everyone think?

I have it but don’t really know if I want to keep it. I haven’t really reviewed the full benefits properly, I know I get free listings every month and get to customise my store front a bit but apart from that, don’t know if it’s justifiable, especially when I’m not making consistent sales and just starting out
Sales & ADs
Just curious how people are doing there ads, as i’m currently stuck at around 1.6 ROAS and majority of my sales come organically. I had all my listing advertised for the first month and now just narrowed it down to my best selling and high ROAS but my ad success is going down and about 75% of sales are coming through organically. How can i optimise my Ads https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/LantaPrints

@Mihai Volintiriu I might cancel my ads then, currently on $10 but am not getting any sales. I’ve only had two from sales but I’ve been running it for nearly a month on varying prices. I currently have over 300 listings, which I think is quite high considering, I am aiming to get to 500 and 1000, giving myself small goals
Does my SKU on Etsy need to have the "-" ?
It is a hassle having to manually add - for each listing to get it exactly to match the sku in printshrimp. does it have to have the "-" or can i get away without, for example, instead of poster-one, i want to just put poster one.
