Yesterday's highlight was pushing myself with tabata. My conditioning was a little better than expected but I'm a little sore today so I took a hour yoga class & tomorrow's game plan will be pushing & pulling with the major muscle groups, crow pose and some time doing wall handstands

Wednesday I did crow pose & handstands.It took longer than I expected, to hold myself up for almost ten minutes (doing both) it took over 20 minutes. Yesterday I did 20 minutes of weights
