Rewire your brain - Train your subconscious mind
This video describes multiple steps to access subconscious mind . In below steps it’s done : - By writing journal , once u write every single thing then it gives u discipline and bring every single thing into our second brain (written notes). All thoughts , emotions , goals etc r there . It’s like if someone has habit to write daily diary of his / her routine . By this , our first brain gets empty and relaxed and it can think lots of more creative stuff. - - Should give ourself some thoughts and shd think that what we are thinking. It prevents us from negative thinking and will increase positive thinking. - To repeat all above is very useful . We shd repeat by using our mind (like think that I am Hero) , heart (like absorb that I am Hero) and tongue ( like speak that I am Hero). That’s why it’s said to do it with depth of heart and soul. - All consequences shd be clear which describes its importance. - Once all above done then we shd feel its emotions and results . For example if someone was a smoker and now quit then emotions will be far better as compared to when he was smoking. Also result of quitting smoking make u feel more good. - Extreme ownership mindset ( whatever happened in your life , good or bad , take 100% responsibility and don’t find anyone’s shoulder to blame or to praise). - Action step ( keep asking urself that what I did today to take full control over my actions and results. - Don’t multitask initially and focus on only ONE task and complete it with full learning. Avoid procrastination (unnecessary delay). - Deep work & focus mode ( one shd focus for long period without any distraction , more focus and train ourselves to work longer and without interruption ).
