Daily Journal : Day 3, Dec. 12, 2025
I woke up as per routine in morning. Wasn’t feeling well due to cough , chest congestion n soar throat. So couldn’t work much today as couldn’t concentrate. So relaxed today. Offered Juma prayer, then had lunch with my favourite aalu qeema. Watched Netflix then , offered asar and after maghreb prayer , went to gym. Dropped my wife at a function n then took Ammi to doctor , picked wife . Came home , offered Isha n then lunch with Daal chaawal. Watched sports channel n now preparing to go to bed. Relaxed today so feeling much well now. Ready n energetic to work properly tomorrow. Alive n kicking 👍 Many thankful to Allah for all blessings. “Fa Inna ma’al usri yusra”
Daily Journal: Day 2 , 11 Dec 2025
I woke up on time when I planned. I couldn’t start day properly as my laptop became out of order so I had to rush to give it to Hafeez Center to fix . Technical guy said that it will take this weekend to fix it :( So did all working on mobile and now as brother came back home so working through his laptop now. It was just a normal day . Still not very cold in Lahore. Did working whole day and then gym in evening as routine. After proper gym , I feel super relaxed and full of energy. After I came home then had chit chat with my family and had fun. Then had dinner an hour ago and now started working. So thankful on Allah’s all blessings and very optimistic that things will be more ok In Sha Allah !

Spend time with yourself
Whenever we spend time with ourselves (no one around , no cell phone , no distraction , only YOU with YOU ). If we do it for 30 minutes every day , we will be our biggest self critic and won’t be demotivated on someone else’s critics . Also in this period , we shd connect with God and explain God everything. Although Allah knows everything about u but u will be more relaxed once u start connecting with Allah. Confess your mistakes , think through your wins,
Take ownership - Don’t blame others
Sometimes we delay in understanding some important stuff even if some influential person in our life (like parents , teacher etc) is telling us about that. One Aayat of Quran says: رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنْفُسَنَا وَإِنْ لَمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِين (Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers). So don’t blame others and always make urself responsible and owned for every situation , even if that results in bad also . One more thing that we should always do ….. we shd work hard with positive intent , with our full potential , trust the process and feel result to Allah !

Rewire your brain - Train your subconscious mind
This video describes multiple steps to access subconscious mind . In below steps it’s done : - By writing journal , once u write every single thing then it gives u discipline and bring every single thing into our second brain (written notes). All thoughts , emotions , goals etc r there . It’s like if someone has habit to write daily diary of his / her routine . By this , our first brain gets empty and relaxed and it can think lots of more creative stuff. - - Should give ourself some thoughts and shd think that what we are thinking. It prevents us from negative thinking and will increase positive thinking. - To repeat all above is very useful . We shd repeat by using our mind (like think that I am Hero) , heart (like absorb that I am Hero) and tongue ( like speak that I am Hero). That’s why it’s said to do it with depth of heart and soul. - All consequences shd be clear which describes its importance. - Once all above done then we shd feel its emotions and results . For example if someone was a smoker and now quit then emotions will be far better as compared to when he was smoking. Also result of quitting smoking make u feel more good. - Extreme ownership mindset ( whatever happened in your life , good or bad , take 100% responsibility and don’t find anyone’s shoulder to blame or to praise). - Action step ( keep asking urself that what I did today to take full control over my actions and results. - Don’t multitask initially and focus on only ONE task and complete it with full learning. Avoid procrastination (unnecessary delay). - Deep work & focus mode ( one shd focus for long period without any distraction , more focus and train ourselves to work longer and without interruption ).
