I had lunch at 1.30pm vegetable rice. I walk alot before lunch due to invagilation will that time count as walk?

Breakfast 8:30am chai without sugar 2 walnuts 3 dates one boil egg Then had 2o min walk

I already swapped my all junk items with healthier one. But sometimes I go astray in uni due to hunger😢
