Advice on front lever
Rate front lever form (Far from good but still). If you have any tips please give them to me. Some notes on my part, my lower body tilts upward instead of staying parallel to the ground, would love some help on that.

What are some at home exercises or a routine for me to do if I do PPL and I want to grow more muscle?

Pikes, dips, weighted pullups (use a backpack.), pushups, shrimp squats. Rows are goated as well, they completely squeeze the juice outta your traps. If you wanna train for skills, do them before you grind your reps.
