Booking 400+ calls
I noticed @Braden Beyer complained about not being able to book enough calls consistently… So I sent him the breakdown of the framework we use to book over 400 calls month over month without having to spend thousands on ads, or hours on content. If you want it, I’ll send it in the comments below just comment the word “calls”. Admins if it helps, might be useful as a free resource in the classroom?

Blueprint for Building an A-Player Sales Team
After seeing @Lucie Dawson ask about growing his sales team(Setters and closers) I thought I would make a post that might benefit others who have the same problem. If your marketing and fulfillment is taken care of… You’re only halfway to running a sustainable company. (especially if you’re hoping to scale in the long run) Having an A-player sales team is what makes or breaks a business. Yet most founders hoping to scale only focus on the lead gen and fulfillment…. While taking care of sales alone or hiring reps that burn through their leads. It's unscalable because it’s not sustainable. And if you’re stuck in a similar situation, it’s not your fault. You just need a proven process you can follow to hire the best salespeople on the market. So I’ve recorded a quick breakdown of the hiring framework I leverage in a $250k/mo company to help you do 3 things: Find, vett, & train.. The best sales talent so that you can predictably scale your business. Admin let me know if this is against the guidelines and I will remove it. Hope it’s valuable everyone, let me know if you have any questions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkekBF8B_6E

Quality Leads, Quality Revenue
After seeing @Johnny Denis mention taking loads of calls with unqualified leads I thought I’d make a post that might benefit others who have call quality problems. You would be raking in boatloads of cash… If it was as easy as booking calls and having them all show up. But obviously it’s not. There’s another variable... It’s the quality of leads showing up to your sales calls. If it’s low… Your closing rate and your revenue will follow. So if more than 10% of your prospects turn out to be bad fits… With low intent or no money… I've made a video showing 3 steps to solve call quality problems for good. So that you can spend more time talking to your ideal avatar… Close more deals... And raise your rev in the process. Admin let me know if this is against the guidelines and I will remove it. Hope it’s valuable everyone, let me know if you have any questions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KFPXyQ37Kq4&t=16s

The #1 Metric for Gaining Leverage
My #1 goal is gaining more leverage. So the #1 metric I focus on is over delivering. Always going the extra mile… Bridging out of my main tasks… Aligning my goals with the companies goals. And I don’t mean to pat myself on the back… But, in most companies there’s already too many people half- assing their roles. Their efforts go to figuring out how to NOT work while still getting paid. So when you go out of your way even by a margin. There’s no competition. You stand out. You get trusted with solving more problems… Until you become irreplaceable. And that’s how you gain more leverage in the company… That’s how you gain control over the amount of money you can make. What are your thoughts on this? and go 👇👇
