But the best deal I closed last week wasn’t in real estate. It was 11 miles on an e-bike with my dad. We were in D.C. at the beginning of the week for my daughter’s volleyball tournament at the Naval Academy. Between games, we hopped on bikes and rode past the monuments, through history, side by side. No phone in my hand. No spreadsheets. No brokers.
