Accounting platform integration
Hi Folks, has anyone succeeded in integrating their Voice bot with Xero to automatically generate and then email Invoices? Thanks.

Sure. Inbound Use Case: Imagine you are a patient and you are needing to pay your GP their fees. The GP uses Xero to generate and email invoices (existing functionality in Xero). When you call the medical practice, you speak to the Voice Agent, give your details that Zapier/Make looks up in Xero, which in turn triggers the invoice generation and email to you. Not looking at Payments integration at this stage. The invoice will have banking details for you to pay the fees separately. Outbound Use Case: When businesses chase moneys owed to them, the same principles could be utilised in reverse. Does this make sense? Thanks.
Charging for software / API usage
Hey everyone, I have a question. If you are selling a one-off package, how do you position the payment for software and APIs? Do you charge a maintenance fee that covers that? Or do you set up the platforms for them, with their payment methods, and they pay directly? This is relevant, for example, with Manychat. As the account is connected to their IG account (for example), it'd make sense that they own the Manychat account too and they pay for their plan as well as manage the leads from there. Thanks

@Ahmed Gacem thanks, keen to understand how you're modelling your upsell of automations? I think it's another good way to tackle this, but how do you compute and set a price for API and/or token utilisation ?

@RaSheem Barnett good to get your thoughts out, I welcome and support your openness! Thanks for the heads up re VoiceGlow, I'll check it out. It does become all too complicated to figure this out. How about going back to basics and asking the clients or prospects the question about how they prefer billing to occur. You'd find that engaging them at the onset will help you sign them up quicker. May be start with a baseline option of [one-time setup + fixed monthly with inclusions + variable consumption to cover any overflows]. Socialise this with a few and see what they say. At least you'll know what they don't want, which is half your problem/question answered.
